Right to return
If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@handmadetoys.example with your order number.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- Custom-made items are not refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item — we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
